Stopped by for breakfast. No one was ahead of me in the drive thru but it took a long time to get two Egg McMuffins and a cup of water. I think the cheese is now made in a factory on Mars. Really need to stop going to McD's. Food: 2 Service: 3

Retards run the show here- drive to the next one down the road!! I don't know why I come here. That makes me an idiot for being a repeat offender to this joke of a fast food joint Convenience? That's about it. Every single time I have come to this drive through they have gotten something wrong with my order. This time I decided to review it. If you order extra pickles. You get enough extra mayo to fill a small jar. If you ask for fresh fries, you get the coldest nastiest ones they can dredge up from the heat table. This place has a success rate of 100% failure to get an order right. I am done. I'm writing this review to remind myself to drive an extra 1.4 miles up the road and get an order that is right. Drive through shouldn't include a park to go back inside to wait for another order option!

Long wait time for fast food in drive thru. Had to park. Food quality at McDonald's is gross and unhealthy.

Worst service I have ever received at a McDonalds. The girl that works the night/late night shift is extremely rude and short, on two occasions that I've gone later at night. I understand of you hate your job and are tired or whatever but that gives you no right to be rude to customers ever. I also notice that every time we have gone later at night when she is working the food has not been fresh. How do you make McDonald's fries taste hard and stale?! I've been going to this one on occasion for several years but it's so horrible now I am never coming back. Ever.

  • Corey W.

Wow!!! Even for McDonald's this was a total mess. Order was all wrong. Couldn't even take the order correctly. Several attempts at ordering and paying. Also just an FYI to all... The breakfast burritos are not made fresh. They are made from a mix. Couldn't order one with no onions or peppers.

    (2)
  • Betsy W.

This is a five star Crackdonalds! The soda mix is rocking and my Dr. Pepper is always the right amount of carbonated water and syrup. They have never messed up my order and the lady today gave me my drink for a dollar since I didn't have another 10 cents and wasn't trying to break another dollar. Besides the fact that it's the closest fast food to my house, the friendly service will keep me coming back.

  • Jason D.

This is the worst one I've been to. Every time they leave out something I ordered. It's so frustrating. Customer service is awful! All the reason I rarely ever eat at McDonald's. It's really just trashy food at the lowest level.

  • Evan S.

Service was OK. Not the best but I've had worse, and it's McDonald's. You shouldn't expect too much. Also they've got some Asian dude with spiky hair at this particular restaurant. I come here every week and it amazes me how he gets his hair up like that! But overall, this is a place for a quick snack, shouldn't expect too much though.

    (3)
  • Julie K.

I take my kids there at least once a week just To go through the drive thru for happy meals. Not once have they gotten the order right. I have to inspect every meal before I drive away. I'm going to Start going back to the one by I-405

The location is clean, well kept and modern, but the french fries at this location are horrible. I have had 2 experiences here with undercooked and no flavor fries. It is very disapointing to have this poor quality from McDonalds , and even more so to know that the same owner has an AMAZING location at Thomas lake.

    (2)
  • Benjamin B.

It's a normal McDonalds. Haven't had any problems and the food has been spot on with all other McDonalds locations.

    (3)
  • Jeff H.

It's the typical Mickey Ds...cheap and tasty food.. The big draw to this particular location is the large play area for the much younger crowd or the wannabes (for clarification purposes: pronounced wan-na-beez...wan-na-bess wouldn't make any sense).

I can honestly say I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. McDonald's is by no means fine dining, but when you go you expect a certain level of service and continuity. You don't even get close here. This McDonald's first of all, always out of Shamrock shakes when they are "in season". Always. They consistently get orders wrong or leave things out of the bag. Every time (at least for me) But today was the last straw so to say. Going through at breakfast I apparently was really bothering the woman taking my order, since mid order, and mid sentence, she cut me off, read my order back to me and asked if she had it correct. I replied that yes she did and she gave me my total in a very snotty voice and told me to pull up to the first window to pay. I wasn't even done ordering! She didn't ask me at all if I needed anything else, and like I said, interrupted me mid order and cut me off. I only got to order food for 3 of the 4 people in the car. I even stated I wasn't done ordering and got no response from her. And no, I was not taking forever to order. Oddly enough, this is the first time they actually got my order right and all in the bag. Too bad I won't be back. This place clearly relies on the fact they are at a very busy intersection and not strong customer service.

Okay, I get that this is McDonald's and you really shouldn't expect much, but you should at least expect to get what you order. On one occasion my husband went and ordered two cheeseburgers. When he got home and opened them up, both of them had no burger patty. Really? I don't know how that is even possible. How do you forget that, let alone put the buns together and wrap them up empty? A couple months later he went back for another try, this time getting a McChicken. He knew better and checked the sandwich before leaving the drive through. Good thing he did because it was not a McChicken at all. They replaced the chicken with a burger patty. And before you say that he was given a burger accidentally, it was not. This "McBurger" had mayo and lettuce, like a McChicken. Big time fail. Prior to the two "offenses", I had no complaints and was pleasantly surprised with how fresh the food was.

ABOUT 12:00 PM Noon on 9/29 at Drive-Thru. Ordered and confirmed 'Double-Quarter-Pounder-w/Cheese'. Upon returning home, discovered it was a single not a double.

There a hispanic(i think) lady who works here late at night who cannot speak or understand proper english for a million bucks. Every single time we order food here late at night at the drive through, she mixes up the order and she asks us if we wanna add 2 apple pies for a $ so we say yes 2APPLE PIES PLEASE! and every single time when we get home we're sooo disappointed with the "Cherry Pie" we get instead of the apple pie we ordered :(. SHE ALWAYS HAS A FROWN ON HER FACE AND NEVER ASKS FOR ANY SAUCES EITHER JUST SLAMS THE WINDOW BEFORE YOU GET A CHANCE TO ASK FOR KETCHUP. From now on we're gonna double check our order even though we don't eat here that often so we don't remember to do that LOL And every once in a while we do, she messes our food order :(. Although it's prob'ly my fault I expect her to get her job right LOL. MCDONALDS Please retrain or fire her ass and hire someone with better communication skills. Thanks!

I don't condone going to McDonalds on a regular basis because fast food is not healthy for you. This McDonalds is nice though, clean and has a great play area for your children.

  • Joseliza S.

was very disappointed with the drive thru service..if we hadn't checked our bags we would have had so many things missing in our order..including straws???? never going there again..not to mention french fries tasted OLD! we called the main office about that!

If you want McDonalds, drive to a different one. Gets every order wrong. Fries are always old and nasty. Avoid at all cost.

Don't know what it is about this location but it has ALWAYS been REALLY SLOW. I would never stop there if there was more then two cars in the drive-thru. A couple of years ago they tore the place completely down and built a new one in the exact same spot (kind of weird). So I thought I'd give it one more try. Even though there was only one car in the drive-thru ahead of me I was told to drive around front and wait for my order. After about 15 min of waiting and seeing others who had pulled in later getting their orders I flagged down an employee, gave them my receipt and asked where my order was. A few minutes later a manager came out and informed me they had given my order to someone else. I'm NEVER going back to this location.

Most disappointing McDonalds ever. Multiple times now I have ordered items that they did not have and wasn't told until after paying. Customer service is rude and short. Will not return to this location.

This MickyDees has gone to crap. They used to be good, now you get your order messed up almost always, and most times the food is old and cold. They used to be a great location....now they are the worst. McD Corp should get involved here.

An the simple pleasures in life. Craving a big Mac? Swing by. Need a 3 am caramel Sunday? This is your place. Service is always friendly and food Serbs fresh. Who needs a 4-star restaurant? Love this place for its austerity and amazing consistency no matter the hour of day.

I have kids, it's ALL about the play area, and working the wiggled out on rainy days!
